This place is a disaster. How is this an Accor property and who in their right mind would believe this is a 4-star hotel? 2-Stars is being generous .. I’ve seen Highway Motels with better furniture and service.

What the hell is wrong with the morning receptionist (young lady)?? Why does she refuse to check me in with my reservation and is pushing me to upgrade for a suite for double the price of my room if I wanted to immediately check in? I refuse to believe that such a huge hotel doesn’t have a single empty room ready and I have a confirmed reservation. I stayed here before and it wasn’t this bad. Now I know I’m NEVER COMING BACK HERE AGAIN. I refused to honor the reservation when she refused to check me in and I cancelled it and went to a different hotel, more luxurious where they offered me a great rate for a suite (cheaper than what I was going to pay for a standard room here) and better location and service. This receptionist’s bad behavior was a blessing in disguise.

Hotel location is very good and safe.
Room is very neat and clean but no sound proof walls. Faced lot of disturbances due to huge noise from neighbouring room at midnight.
In the facility, satellite TV mentioned but TV is not working

THIS IS BY FAR ONE OF THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER GONE THROUGH
- WE CHECKED IN ON SOMEONE ELSE IN THE ROOM
-I SLEPT FOR 3 HOURS TO WAKE UP IN AN EXTREMELY HOT ROOM
- ASKED FOR ASSISTANCE AND THEY SAID THEY WILL SEND SOMEONE TO “FIX THE AC”
-THIS SOMEONE DID NOT SHOW UP FOR 45 MINUTES
-I DEMANDED CHANGING THE ROOM TO ANOTHER ONE TO BE SURPRISED WITH ANOTHER NOT FUNCTIONING AC
-THE GUY CAME AND SAID “I WILL GO UP AND PUT WATER MAYBE IT WILL BECOME COLD”
-the rooms are disgusting
- the receptionist seemed to be extremely bothered by my requests
THIS IS A GLOBAL 4 STAR HOTEL
Edit:
The receptionist called and tried to make this experience better for me
Offered me a suite and breakfast
And he kept checking on me whenever i pass by to check if i needed anything
They solved the issue immediately
Much appreciated for this.

Was a bit surprised to see this hotel so clean and well maintained. Rooms are good and prices are ok.
Although I didn't like food there. It was not good.
Location is a bit odd but it was ok .
Over all stay was amazing.
