Very Disappointed, no cleaning services, no toiletries, No Bed sheets charged in 4 days, no towels, toilet was broken , couldn't lock the door from inside, reported to Reception and Manager 4 times these issues but they didn't even bother to come to room and check. Mines star...don't waist your money and time...

I read reviews and I kept my expectations very low. The bus from Jeddah airport dropped us in front of the hotel but the receptionist was absent. Thanks God he picked his phone as he is dealing 11 hotel passengers so you will never find a person of contact on reception. The lobby was smelly so it made my believe strong that reviews were correct. When I entered my room it was nicely arranged. Washroom was clean. AC, fridge, TV and water heater were working. There are 3 lifts and properly working. However, no toiletries were available It is also very close to haram like 1 kilometer from hotel room to inside the mosque gate 79 or 84. so it is a plus point. It is also surrounded with Pakistani restaurants. I would give it 4 stars or more but due to smell at reception and no toiletries etc I will give it 3 stars. Overall it was a good experience. For pilgrim some suggestions to bring your own bedsheets, some light blanket, toiletries, towel, 3 pin plug, your own kettle for making tea.

Not sure why people are saying wifi is not available. We are using wifi without issues. It is an economy hotel so naturally it wont have the facilities of 4 star or 5 star hotels. 3 minutes to get to kabootar chowk and then 5 minutes from there to get to haram. Close to restaurants and markets. I noticed cleaners cleaning everyday but if you are staying in a room they wont come in to clean unless you leave and someone else has to stay. They clean after checkout. There are three working elevators and 10 floors so space and crowding in elevators is not an issue There is no oven so you need to take care of heating the food yourself. But there is a mini fridge in every room.

Wash room condition not good, wifi not avilable, No basic items like tishu,towels avilable. Cleaning staff not avilable. No any mess.
