The bathroom is flooded, when it's crowded, it's directed through the stairs, because there are only 3 lifts with a capacity of 750 kg

This hotel is quite close to Al Harm, about 500 meters to the courtyard of the mosque.
Access is quite easy, L Meridian can be a benchmark. If any Umrah or Hajj pilgrims get lost, just mention the L meridian, then this hotel is exactly behind.
The incline is quite steep to the hotel, from the highway (about 50 meters up), but a free shuttle is provided, from the highway, to the front of the hotel.

They only have 3 lift and 2 of them doesnt work at all!! Imagine the queue was overload, and they suggest us to take a stairs! How awful? the only good thing is a bed room. Eventhough if its compare to another hotel, its not good enough. I dont think the hotel is 4 star!?
