Unfortunately, my friends and I booked two days starting from Thursday 12/7/2023, and we were very happy when we entered the suite, but we were shocked by the poor service. Imagine staying in hotel apartments that do not have towels, then you ask for towels from the reception, and they say you are present and come the next day. This is what happened to me. Exactly, I ordered it yesterday and it came today incomplete. I believe that no matter how beautiful the product is, the service makes it cheap in your eyes, in addition to the presence of a strong smell of insecticide inside the suite. I ask the owners of the place to pay attention to the quality of service so that they do not lose a new customer every day.
