I took two rooms and a hall. The place is beautiful, clean and spacious. One part of the hall has a refrigerator, microwave and kettle. I recommend staying with them.

No towels what was weird, one toilet and shower didn't work... We booked 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms, and got 2 bedrooms and one bathroom :|

Firstly, the building is not on it and there is no sign of the existence of residential apartments. I expect that a permit has not been obtained yet. Secondly, the apartments are nice, large, very spacious and clean, except for the sofas and mattresses in the hall! The mattress is very dirty and has changed its color to black, completely from the dirt, and there should be attention in this regard. Secondly, since it is apartments and not a hotel, cooking pots and spoons are added because there were only forks. As for the existing pictures, they are of the reception area under the apartments. There is absolutely nothing on display or decoration. There are no deposits on the beds, and this feels like a fraud, even if the apartments are clean and worthy, but why mislead the tenant! The price is also exaggerated because it is a hotel, there is no soap and there are no towels. The last thing he offered my husband was coffee, dates and biscuits as hospitality from the hotel! When we refused the extension and went out, he demanded 15 riyals for the coffee! It's not worth it, of course, but why didn't you say it's a purchase or not hospitality in the first place? However, there is no worker carrying the items! The important thing is that the apartments are worth it if it is a large family, taking precautions and preparing the shortcomings that I mentioned, and among the reasons that made me leave the place and find out that it is all ceramic and the weather is cold and I have children, I could not bear the cold at all. It is better to furnish it with rugs and take care of it and its cleanliness. Thank you.
