Break fast staff good. Room service excellent staff and helped to find good dishes. Eid holidays enjoyed there. Lunch from room service excellent and the staff who took order very polite and nice behavior

The hotel is beautiful and the services in it are very good and the staff and the treatment of the staff. I would like to thanks Miss April and miss jobby .Do not miss the experience,. I say if I return to Al-Qassim, I will try again to stay with them and I will bring to my family and my friends...

Excellent place and excellent service!
I like the way how they treat us. They make you feel very valuable. I remember of the staff, KAESHA MAE , she speaks English fluently and she is very approachable, very kind and very helpful!
