Here for the Gamers8 Rocket League Tournament. We were treated like royalty from the beginning to the end of our stay. Made for a wonderful experience! Hotel staff went above and beyond! The event organizers could not have picked a better accommodation for the participants and their chaperones! A++++

Excellent service and very polite staff.All meals were ecxcellent. Jiaul Haq was very attentive and helpful. He provided very good service and was always there asking if we needed anything more. Made our dining a very enjoyable experience! You are lucky to have him on your staff !

The food is excellent. wow! very impressed. Zakaria Obaid was professional and job well done.
Edit: two stars gone duo to lack of response when calling reception. Happened many times across my two days stay.

Service at reception was amazing (encountered multiple employees, they were all great and accommodating).
Underground parking is appreciated during the summer. Rooms and amenities are good and comfortable.
Pricing is a bit steep for the quality however, other hotels in other countries have the same exact facility, comfort, and location with better prices.
Pool open to Males only is also annoying considering the progress made in Riyadh since 2019.
Location can be a bit frustrating due to your inability to jump straight on the freeway (compared to the neighboring Hilton & Double Tree)
Good service at the cafe on the first floor as Jami Shaikh & Prakash especially were very polite and accommodating.
Overall the stay has been comfortable.

The room and toilet are very nice, tidy and well equipped.
All what you need in a hotel for a comfortable night to relax after a traffic day in Riyadh ?
The breakfast and its servers was great.. nothing has missed ??
