The place is very excellent, close to Dhahran Mall, Al Rashid Mall, Hyper Nesto, and Bupet Center. The place is excellent. I advise families and the service is good, the staff is excellent, and the rents are average.

We rented a three bedroom flat for 315 Sar/ per day. Rooms are neat and clean. They did not provide bath towels in the room. Provided on request. The advantage of staying in this hotel is hyper nesto is located just in front of this hotel,
