The pictures are beautiful, but the reality is not. It is forbidden to enter the water unless you reach Yam Beach. Entrance is almost 100 people and 60 children. Sitting there is uncomfortable, and you feel like you are in a yard.
You left the second day and this is one of the experiences that does not attract you to return.
Apartments in the Marina at a price of one thousand riyals
Almost a night without any hotel services, and you need to walk half an hour to the beach
In Jubail, for example, you pay a thousand for a family suite, services, cleaning, and a free beach

The sushi was fresh, tasty and reasonably-priced.
However the seafood salad was missing the main ingredient, smoked salmon as stated in the menu. When we informed the waiter he said we ran out of smoked salmon. Another setback was the filthy bathrooms.
I do recommend for arguileh, and sushi.

3 stars in appreciation of those in charge of the site and their good treatment and reception, but I have a big reservation about the site, especially in the building. Not all buildings have services, especially from supermarkets, cafes or restaurants. Even the swimming pools are out of order. Any service in the same building. I lived in Building B, Suite 3 rooms, with a view, but not the view advertised on the site. There is no room service. Do yourself a favor
