The restaurant is highly understaffed, and the waiters had to take the complaints from customers when the problem was obviously from the kitchen itself.
The food was way too slow to arrive (we had to tell them more than 4 times) and when it does arrive, it was cold.
The utensils seemed to be uncleaned (we had to change the pepsi cup 3 times).
Eventually we had to talk to the manager.
The restaurant needs to work on getting a bigger and better staff in the kitchen and outside.

Al Baylassan Restaurant is a great option for anyone looking for a delicious Lebanese meals. The food is excellent, the service is great, and the atmosphere is perfect for a casual meal with friends or family. I would highly recommend it.

Below average place , a bit overrated and overprice , his location , and decorations are nice , but not a good place as it looks , food is average not so good, with poor menu , comparing for what you pay i expected more
Specially for all the hype for his name
Restaurants arround are way much better
Deserts are good though, but alway they forget to bring forks, i did not enjoy my fondant coz they took 10min to bring forks and it gone cold
