Honestly it was decent. I went in busy days. The problem I faced was the noises of buses and cars (horns etc.) which was really annoying but all over it was fine hotel. The room was fine and everything was clean enough. Decent I’d say, not that luxurious. Also it’s a bit far, so taxi may charge you somewhere around 40-70 riyals or you can use their bus which is free and you’ll be dropped to Ajyad bus stop. There wasn’t any laundry I could find. All were like 10mins walk minimum. But there was supermarket just downstairs and pharmacy too nearby.

Management need to focus on room cleaning. They don't charge bedsheets until Haji make checkout. 10 days same white sheet.
