Bad, cleanliness is the lowest level, and it is far from the sanctuary. Half an hour walk, or you can ride the free Mecca buses from Ibrahim Al-Khalil Station 14 and get off after three stops, then walk a third / quarter of an hour to the Haram..I do not recommend it for women on Friday.

The cleanliness is very very poor, cockroaches fill the rooms
The room carpets are very bad
Its location is also far from the Haram, about 3 km
There are no shuttle buses to the hotel
It is true that there is a Mecca bus station in front of the hotel, but most of the time it is not available
At the reception even the hotel cards are not present
Restaurants are also far away
In general, I do not recommend living in it until it is well cleaned

The hotel is very far from the Haram, I do not recommend it for the elderly, there are no buses, the reception service is acceptable but not special, the rooms and bathrooms are excellent, the bed is very small.
