The receptionist were so friendly and helpful,
The room were so clean
But my problem where with maintenance who answering the call on number 6 , he was very rude and he didn’t help me actually with my problem in bathtub.. he keep saying im coming but he didn’t come whole day.
Please fire him if you want to success this guy doesn’t deserve to stay in such place

* The size of the villa is excellent; however, the stairs design is not safe for children; at least there should be a carpet on the stairs.
* breakfast is very good with many selections.
* housekeeping is good, but we spend a lot of time calling them to come
* The beach is good
* swimming pools are not that much
* There was jacuzzi beside the pool, but it seems not working

I used to like this facility but unfortunately not any more after this visit .
Started from reception who promised me with view residence and when i arrived i found out it was not the truth, came back to him and said no other room available.
Pool at beach side was dirty and no towel when we asked they said ask room service , went to room service they said call from room first , last thing room was not clean and we found ants .
No facility at the beach .
I think this will be my last time here unfortunately ?

Mashallah, may God bless you. A clean and tidy restroom, very suitable for holding parties and events. I thank the owner of the break for her manners and good treatment ??
