Washrooms are dirty and smelly. No towels jn washroom. Even after informing the cleaner to clean the room, no one came to clean.

One of the dirtiest hotels I've ever stay at. No one was at reception or anywhere to be found for like 20min. Super dirty and filthy rooms, crumbs and dirt on the bed sheet (seems like someone just ate on the bed), bathroom floor was soaked...
Will not stay here again.
Butol Ajyad is similar price, closer, and 100x better!!

Bus shuttle dropping to Haram is very good ? ,
while returning to hotel sometimes not available or very late arriving that's needs to improve

Very pathetic experience. They dont have daily room cleaning service. They dont respond to issues quickly. Their lights and even AC was not working. They have poor commitment to pricing. Mr Ashraf committed 70 SAR for each night but checkout it was 100 SAR and he didn't respond to phone call

This hotel has very poor service because there is no one in reception. No one answers in reception, so I went myself to check several times but the guy is irresponsible and always not available. I don't know whether any receptionist is there or not and no safety because no security or janitorial services or housekeeping services available. Nod even towel or basic stuffs in the room
Hope this message will reach the management as this is bothering the visitors who require services. Hotel is excellent, Neat and clean but without any services or no one around for any help if needed
