Professional place to conduct an event, they hosted the world food safety day and it was a great preparation in the facility and comfort for attendees and organizers. Lunch is so delicious and the buffet had different varieties.
Location is near to the airport which is suitable for people coming from there and easily accessible.

The noise coming from the outdoor swimming pool and the water processing devices is so loud.
Suddenly, out of nowhere, room service will decide to vacuum in front of your door after midnight.
Couldn't get a good sleep in spite of the excellent room.

The facility is good
The location is also not bad
But the service is 3 starts or less
Staff needs to be more educated on Hospitality
All the items in Mini bar are damaged and expired
And the funny point is when you are leaving they ask to wait till they go and check the minibar (this is really what I hated most)
The breakfast is very basic and the staff there they don't even say good morning ...

We came for Iftar in Ramadan.. It is outdoor restaurant.. Good food.. Many varieties and very good service. The atmosphere is amazing.. As if we are not in Riyadh.. It feels like a resort..
