- No sound isolation. We reached from Khobar after 4 hours of driving, wanted to quiet time but the cleaners were vacuuming in the hall and it was very noisy
- No hot water in the shower or even if it’s there it can take up to 15 minutes to heat up
- windows were sealed shut in the room and no lights in the morning coming in the room which was very depressing
- bed mattress was not comfortable and neither were the pillows
- breakfast was in very poor quality especially the pastries. Eggs (shakshuka) tasted very bad as well
- Outdoor restaurant service was extremely slow. I ordered kunafa which took more than 20 minutes and when I requested for extra syrup the staff took another 10 minutes to bring it even though it was not crowded
+ room was spacious which was the only positive point

This property is located at a decent location and having ample parking outside for visitors.
Entrance is superb and rooms are worthy to stay with family.

We enjoyed their offers for pool access plus lunch or breakfast. They need to take care of pool cleaning especially in dust days. As prices it is so good but they need to refresh their buffet menu at breakfast

2 things were really annoying:
- The location wasn't easy to reach from the highway.
- The noise coming from the pool and it's machines was so loud.
Other than these, all was great.
