Mattress was completely destroyed. I guess it was a very old mattress. They charge you for eating their rotten snacks (crisps, nuts, and chocolates). They don't inform you that they charge for the snacks that they leave in the rooms. They surprise you at the end with the bill. Instead of apologising for not informing their customers about it, the hotel manager says that I should have known better in an angry tone " because everyone knows this! '. What kind of customer service is this? And how rude of him. After spending nearly 1500 for 4 nights in their hotel they literally chased me down the street in my driver's car to tell me that they they haven't charged me properly for the chocolates and that I have to go back and pay another 10 Sar. Shame on you! You have absolutely no shame!
