Horrible experience I felt like there was a ghost roaming around me they are just scamming everyone with having nice pictures this hotel is terrible I would highly advise not to stay in this hotel. I just left right after an hour from the checkin.

Nice cold atmosphere there.
What a diffrence between tempreture at makkah and here.
Hotel needs upgradation. Customer service was ok. Anything that you request being a member that could have been served complimentary was at a price.
Even that 1 paid the price for 3 person accommodation in 1 room and I was provided 2 beds.
3rd bed available at a price of SAR 100.

If you want a classic hotel then this is your choice, but not in a good way. The hotel is really old and run down. Even the toilet seat doesn’t fit correctly. The hair dryer worked after 10 minutes.
The breakfast was served on plastic plates and all the dishes finished and no refill was made. The mango juice was bitter which clearly means it is spoiled . No efficient cooling for the salads
The curtain seems was taken out of a homicide movie. Won’t come back again

Very poor services. Definitely not 5 stars. Property is old. Rooms are not clean. Location like this & bad services.
