Old Villas are very dirty and old I don’t recommend them at all and the princess isn’t suitable at all and it isn’t constant every person given different princess and there was cockroach on the pillows and Insects everywhere we called the manager he only replaced the sheets but to be fear the new villas are much better but it’s much more expensive

We took a big chalet with 4 bedrooms, however, we found cockroaches all over the place ?
I contacted the customer service and didn’t receive any apology or action back.
Also when we arrived they did not inform us that we need access approval before entering. We had to convince the security guard that we have reservation.
Overall bad experience in terms with cleanness, customer experience & high price,

Never recommend this place for anyone. Old furniture and old bathrooms. Bedrooms are old too. No one is venting the villa. No one from administration is at the resort. No communication with the client. When I arrived I called the number contacted me for money wiring and asked the guy for the key and just answered that I have to look to any worker and ask him to open the villa for me so I asked where are the workers? He simply said I don’t know am not working at the resort!
For the price no comment at all! Totally not worth it.
