If I could give o stars, I would. I was part of the group for quarantine packages offered by Saudi airlines and they held us at Oasis Hotel. Every morning, I was rude awakened when they bang at the door at 7:30 am to drop the food off. I found a finger nail in one of the meals. Every time they bang the door and ring the doorbell like a bunch of barbanians. Yet the most infuriating experience of it all, was the lady at the receptionist, the rudest person to come across with. Very bad attitude and unhelpful in many ways possible. Treating everyone with disrespect so not only have I experienced it firsthand but I witnessed her do the same to other guests. Very unorganized when it came to PCR testing, the Ministry of Health were informing us that the hotel is responsible to alert us with the PCR results yet this never happened and we were left wondering. To top it all off, no clear instructions when it came to check out, we are still under quarantine according to Tawakalna app and the rude lady couldn't care less to explain properly and wanted to charge me more for an extra day. Completely unprofessional and severe lack of hospitality. Never again.
