I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Intercontinental Hotel in Jubail, and despite its slightly aged exterior, I was thoroughly impressed by the overall experience. The highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the room's remarkable infrastructure. The quality of the amenities, furnishings, and the general upkeep of the room exceeded my expectations. What truly set this hotel apart was its exceptional service. The staff were attentive, courteous, and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort throughout my stay. Very professional staff.

I just returned from an extremely relaxing few days at this property. Three particular things really stood out: 1) the level of service and friendliness of staff - every single person I dealt with provided an impeccable service, always with a smile; everyone from the moment you arrive to the moment you leave showed genuine care about our comfort. 2) the cleanliness and condition of the rooms - the hotel has been around for several decades and I always expect cleanliness and condition of rooms to have deteriorated over the years. Not the case at all - the room was SPOTLESS and although the style is quite classic, everything was in perfect condition, feeling almost brand new. 3) the Food! I am always anxious by hotel food - not here. The food is fresh, tasty, huge portions, and genuinely a good meal - breakfast, lunch and dinner. Great stay.

It's the best hotel Among KSA, it's very big hotel. A lot of activities you can find it there..the staff very very helpful and they are very kind. I didn't recognize all their names, but I remember Reji she is very nice she is responsible about the recreations in the hotel.. The hotel has 2 beach one for family the other for singles..

Great hotel, the breakfast buffet was great and filled with alot of food kinds. The sea and swimming pool are great! Best thing that they give you cold water for you when you enter the sea. They give towels for both sea and the pool. Also one great feature that in the lobby there is like a fun area, for kids and adults. It contains a ping pong table, ball pool, air hockey, and foosball. Overall, such a great place. I recommend it.

Very attentive staff, family friendly, and exceptionally professional and clean. Regis is amazing with scheduling activities as well as beyond great with children. Assortment of activities to do, you won’t get bored, and so many choices to eat from you won’t have to step foot off the resort. Perfect place for a well needed break!

InterContinental Hotel is a 5 star hotel in jubail. It's a 2 km drive from Al Nakheel Beach. Hotels offer free Wi-Fi, flat-screen TVs and tea and coffee making equipment. They also have marble bathrooms, minibars and garden views. The breakfast buffet was great and filled with alot of food kinds. The sea and swimming pool are great. They give towels for both the sea and the pool. The beach is great. Rooms are clean and the room service does a great Job bringing and cleaning whatever you asked for. Other amenities include gym, cafe, mosque, swimming pool etc
