Honestly, I can't say enough about how humble Mr.Nayan (housekeeping) is.?
The duty manager (Mr.Umar) owed us since the beginning.?
Ms. Arpana (Receptionist) is so so so sweet.... And so Kind..?

Good staff. Cleaning was good. Food needs to improve. The array of buffet was worth mentioning but the taste was not on par for breakfast. Loved the front desk manager Ira. She made feel at home. The staff was polite and helpful all the time... Thank you. Would definitely come again!!

Zeshan helped me get the best possible room on a higher floor that has made a pleasant stay. My parents and I were very happy with the experience we got, I am thankful to the management for making my parents first international trip such a memorable one.
Here is my review in terms of the department:
1) Staff: 5/5
2) Food: 5/5
3) Ambience: 5/5
4) Room service & cleaning: 5/5
5) Location: 3.5/5 as the nearest metro is 800 meters away.

A great stay at this hotel, amazing experience and customer service was outstanding. Aiza the receptionist at the front desk was also super helpful in choosing the best room. Highly recommend for anyone who wants to get high quality rooms with affordable price.
