Every thing was going smoothly and suddenly I received this call in afternoon from the reception that I had to checkout or else pay for the second day. I had already called the property and received a yes both verbally and through email that my late check in & check out will be adjusted. Nothing much but the receptionist should be taught how to deal with customers as his language and tone both were out of range. JUST a call and I talked to the same person talked yesterday resolve the issue. CINCLUSION: Receptionist should be well mannered.

This place is cost effective and was near to my client office that's why I chosen this. Only drawback is lack of English spoken staff but you can find staff from Nepal and Bangladesh who speaks hi di atleast.

Great experience staying here...I arrived later than usual (6pm) and have to leave very early the next morning (7am) and the staff was efficient and friendly.

Cons Managers don't speak English (can't understand too). Infected with Cockroaches (worst exp). Need to request for weekly housekeeping No food & beverages (no drinking water too), No Gym, no laundry services). TV, No channels other than Arabic channels. No flexibility to change room from top floor to ground floor or 1st floor (even if they are vaccent). I requested managers 5 times but they just ignored it & this is one of the reason I left this place in a month, they lost 5 months stay deal from me and also my ref:. Pros Free WiFi. Located at good location. Housekeeping boys are friendly with helping nature. Rooms are spacious with kitchen and with required utensils and they also provide Washing machine. AVG pricing per day 215 to 230 sar for a month 4100 to 4600 sar
