Therefore, a complaint was submitted to the Tourism Authority, and, God willing, I will follow up the issue through the Najis portal after 24 hours if the amount is not transferred and the apology is issued. When I lived in 5-star hotels inside and outside the Kingdom, this movement never happened to me, and one day it will only happen in my country!! may Allah help.
