I was here for a conference, decor not very modern, coffee break without milk for coffee which I didn't like, at least the food in the restaurant was decent.

Rooms are neat and tidy. I face issue with hot water everyday. Food quality is good. Housekeeping in hotel good. Swimming pool sometime people use immediately after gym without taking shower

The open buffet's content is extremely limited compared to other IHGs.
The Check-In/Check-Out experience is the only thing I would give 5/5, the ladies were nice and welcoming ?
