Hilton Garden Inn Tabuk

I was here for about a month on business. Check-in was fast, stay was pleasant, bed was superb and staffs were courteous especially the F&B Manager Mr. Waleed, the chef Naved, restaurant supervisor Soleiman, etc. The gym is good but the pool is tiny (anyway too cold to swim) and not heated for winter (6 degree C). Drawbacks are: 1. Room rate is too expensive for the level of service and location. It is very near the airport but otherwise location is inconvenient. I had to walk 10 minutes to the nearest petrol station to buy basic groceries or take Careem to a shopping mall. 2. I had to change room from the first day as the toilet was flooded when I bathe. A good hotel will always check that the room is in tip-top condition for a tired guest, more so for the price they are charging. 3. The air-con heater is not working despite getting a maintenance staff to adjust the control. The temperature refuses to go up and I had to shut the air-con off as the wind make it even colder. The TV remote controller is erratic. A good hotel will always check that the room is in tip-top condition for a tired guest, more so for the price they are charging. 4. Breakfast spread is limited and is always almost the same, with no change since day 1. I have shared this with the staffs. 5. The reception could not help me to change a 500SAR bill to smaller bills. I was told they do not provide this service.

Highly recommended .. we spent 3 nights and our stay was amazing .. Clean, great location, helpful staff Special thanks to the amazing chef Navid.. he really made the best omelette, pancake and yummy waffles ? what I like most is that he served with BIG SMILE .. so kind and lovely ?.. thank you so much ..

Quiet, clean and modern Staff at reception are excellent The employee whose name is "Wejdan" is professional and knows how to deal with guests in an attractive way . Thanks to her and thanks to all.

So the meeting room was good and all the facilities were working good ??, the guest room was clean and tidy with a perfect size maybe the view wasn’t that much. All the front office staff were very friendly and helpful specially Wejdan ??

Thanks you to all personnel who've been really helpful and welcoming, especially Front Office duty and checking out. Excellent breakfast as well as nice people at service. Its remarkable that all staff been helpful, smiling and in good mood.
