I enjoyed staying and it had a great location
BUT
The reception guy was acting weird and unprofessional looks like he ate a dropped food on his thob plus he doesn’t smile
where is the hospitality it’s not a hospital
My ac was very cold I was shivering they sent the maintenance twice but couldn’t do much about it
The water at the bathroom was freezing no heater , I suffered in the shower
I called the receptionist, there is no solution
Like “ it is what it is “
I requested I better view in higher floor but mine was in the 6th

Upon arriving at the hotel, no greetings from the staff.
Only one receptionist at the front desk and did not offer much assistance to check me in.
The hotel room is a bit small. There is no proper table for me to work. However, room was clean.
The restaurant was very spacious, but breakfast spread was very limited.

ok .. location is bad in general and i only went there coz i had business in the area and had to wait and it was hot.
no optimal parking and the one in the basement is not designed to fit big cars as per the reception so i ended up parking in the sun ?.
rooms are somewhat cramped and well uncomfortable for my taste as no real space to walk around.
bathroom was good but water pressure was low and the mirror mounted on the wall needed to be fixed.
after we entered by like 15 min housekeeping tried to enter the room despite the fact that we just went in .. talk about disorganization!
AC in the room was good , but rooms are NOT sound proof .. u can hear EVERYTHING outside and in the next room .. no privacy!
the saudi receptionist was helpful but the Sudanese one was plain pain in the a** for no obvious reason.. and he kept acting like the boss of the world.
despite that i believe the place can be good if they fix the issues .. and ya , limited elevators and space in em ..
anyways i hope they imporove soon coz with those prices and place i don't think it will continue easily.. wish u good luck

Clean, reasonably priced & cozy room in a good location.
For some reason, the room curtains are designed not to close completely!
If you can only sleep in total darkness, this is not the place to stay in.

I've stayed there twice on different occasions. They have great reception and serve good food at the canteen area. However, room service is close to non-existent. They don't clean guest rooms during the day even if you request they do so.
