Respectable staff specially receptionists and supervisor.
Good hospitality.
150 SR Deposit before accommodation but not for all guests which is very weird although they told me it is the place’s policy which is not true.

I had hard time checking in because they want a confirmation number they never provided. The last thing you want to deal with after driving 4 hours with 4 young ones. Non smoking hotel but as soon as we turned on AC, the room started to smell like cigarettes, not to mention dirty lounge bathrooms and no toilet paper of course.
Could certainly be a cleaner hotel.

Relaxing stay it was! Very clean room and professional staff. Shout-out to Sultan Al Harbi for his great service, keep it up! It's approximately a 15 mins drive to Haram. Please provide shuttle bus service to and fro Haram. Many hotel guests that I met while waiting for cabs complained about the amount of time wasted on waiting for cabs or Uber from Hafawah Suites as many refuse to drive towards Haram due to the multiple road closure towards that direction.

good place. most not all of customer service are nice.
i stayed for 17 days and internet was not good (comes and goes every 3-5 minutes) , spoke to front desk multiple times without response.
if no internet problem which was essential for my work i will rank it 4.
