Room by itself was great but bathroom/shower door design is very poor. Water easily leakes outside the shower area. Someone could slip and have a serious injury just for using the shower. Mostly management is not aware, but hopefully they take a note of this after my review. I reported to housekeeping also.

Food is amazing, Room is clean and spacious, the staff is helpful.
The only 2 downsides: no coffee machine in the room although it’s a luxury hotel and the extra blankets were made from an ugly rough material.

Our humble school conducted our 18th Commencement Exercises last March 8, 2024. Unfortunately, I had to ask help from the front desk to print some important certificates intended for the ceremony since there was an error made by the printing press our school paid. The good names on the front desk that I wanted to thank and give good commendation are the following:
Mr. Zulqarnaim went extra lengths to print for me the materials.
Mr. Abdulilah Al Atawi helped me in printing as well, on the night before the ceremony. Lastly, on the day of the ceremony, Mr. Ramjan also contributed in helping me fulfill my task. Thank you to them for being extra kind and patient on my undertakings. Thank you so much.

I had a beautiful iftar experience at Grand Millennium
The food was amazing all your favourites at affordable prices (200 per person)
# service was amazing as well especially from ( Billal and Tamer ). unlike the Manager who showed poor service when he offered me a small table in the corner when there were plenty of vacant tables.

Great hotel for Tabuk .. if driving there, do not follow google maps as it will take you through the entrance of the university. The hotel is good, great parking and service was very good. Rooms were clean and in room dining even if not extensive still very good. If in Tabuk and u want a place far from the hustle and bustle of the city, this is the perfect place.
