I gave a negative review before, you can see it’s still in the bottom, this time I came again and I was amazed with service, all credit goes to ZYAD FO Manager. He did an amazing job to make our stay comfortable.
They can’t handle high occupancy. No one will clean your room, forget cleaning, not even water will be given.

It was a very bad experience with the service that we received. We waited almost 2 and a half hours to get a room, and the room was dirty with a bad smell. Also, we had an issue with electricity in our room, and we tried to contact reception several times, but no one answered our calls.
