3.5* Good location, new wine in old bottle hotel / renovated rooms, good WiFi
Every kind of noise in the passage, next room is clearly herd in the room.
Nuisance was during my noon nap when there was some masonary work going on n when complained they said it will continue for another 30 mins

I went to Ha’il for a personal reason and Golden Tulip is where I stayed there, the place is kind of nice but stuff on the front desk were awesome
