Electricity kept on going can’t do any work as it is dark
There isn’t any water in washrooms and lift wasn’t working had to climb all the way up with my old parents. this all in a day, this hotel spoiled my day

Only one of our rooms was ready at the time of our arrival. (2:30 pm) They upgraded our room as a complement. Rooms are spacious and clean. However, it smells a bit dusty.
No lunch or dinner buffets. However, room service and dine-in service is available at their restaurant. Food and service were good!
