Hotel is good, location is perfect, rooms are clean, but room service is worst. When we call room service for any thing, they say ok but no one will bother to come, no toiletries, no towels, no response from reception..
Overall enjoyed only because of location, but very bad experience by staff

Hotel was overall nice...But too loud music on fridays. Could not sleep because of it. No one informed us about this.....lasted for three hours.

There is a restaurant on the ground floor with sea view. They played loud music all the time at night till 2pm. The music is too loud even if you can hear it in the room and can't sleep.

First room was having ac not working. Continuously breaker was tripping. Om complaint they changed the room but washroom was smelly. Housekeeping didn't make the room nor clean the trash the second day. Extremely uncomfortable pillows
