Golden Tulip Al Khobar Hotel

I came for a business visit. The room was booked for 10 days. But I had a horrible experience during the stay. There was water leakage issue inside the washroom Even after asking them to rectify the issue repeatedly, there was no response from the hotel team. The house keeping team leaves the changed bedsheets in the room itself. They never even came to the room for cleaning for one day. Didn't provide us with water bottles . The room access was a complete disaster. Which work only a single time. I had to change the room access card 5-6 times during the entire stay. Each time I need to run to the reception to change the cards. They don't even care when we complain about these issues. I don't recommend anyone to stay here. Take some other hotels and enjoy the hospitality instead of enjoying a disastrous experience.

Third class hotel and third class service and facilities. Eating from Boofiya is better than this sub standard hotel. Never ever go there even if you get for free. All sub standard and low class.

As we have been to iftar buffet it was not worth the price and the dishes were not filled once it was finished

The open buffet for dinner is a total scam. 150 SAR for absolutely nothing. Exclusively Indian food -that isn’t really cooked well enough- that does not cater for other tastes. Stale potatoes, bones in the pasta and super greasy meat. Avoid at all costs.

1 star to allow me to share the worst experience with the most bad hotel organisations in the world for this branch. They are managing a shop not a hotel.
