Excellent check in time. Rooms is not good. Broken bed room window glass. No towels. Small swiming pool and very noisy.

Variety of Salad and Sweets were awesome. However, for their buffett price of 85 SAR, I feel they need to add more varieties for the main dinner items. Their staff member Mr. Farooq was quite a gentleman.

Really enjoyed Buffet dinner. It was78 SAR/person. Now 85 SAR/person.
I used cobone offer 5 person for 340 SAR (dinner buffet) and 4 person for 255 SAR (lunch buffet).
One suggestion is to add Soft drinks (coke pepesi etc.) into the buffet.

Good Iftar buffet. They kept refilling the food dishes regularly. Salad spread was very exciting. Desserts were also good. Only one problem with the place....they didn't accept reservations... Seats on a first come first serve basis.

Worst place for Ramadan Iftar, no proper organization, messy place with low quality food (if you succeed to get any!) peoples are almost fighting to get food before Azan . You pay premium but you get very low quality service! I left your table hoping to get some food left and someone took the table even though we had personal items on it !!! Had to take Iftar in a conference room in office chair!! There was no dates no coffee just water in there! Their manager tried his best to calm us down but was too late already… never again in this place !
