We celebrated our wedding in the “Yagout” venue overlooking the water. It was amazing! Service was outstanding thanks to both Mr Iyad and Ms Najlaa. Our guests loved the buffet and the service. Thank you again so much Four points for making my wedding day memorable!

Everyone works there are super super friendly and polite, they deserve more than 5 stars. Loved staying there so clean and amazing room beach view. The beach is 4 min walk from the hotel. So recommend

Even though, I only stayed here half a day the room was nice and clean and they came for room service as fast as possible and was very helpfull. They made life very easy. There was a big pool but its kind of cold but overall I think its 5 star hotel.

Hotel lobby and other areas except room nice and clean. Front desk staff friendly and good. The reason to give 3 star because what room we got they have long ladies hair on beds, bathroom and room ground. There is no body wash on dispenser. When my son start taking shower he called me and said there is no body wash so we called at room service 3 times and 3rd time after 15 minutes guy told us they don't have body wash. I am really surprised to hear this. Location on very end of Jeddah it's way far from city center. Window view are good. But feel like you are on middle of no where construction all around hotel. Worse experience at any Bonvay Marriott hotel ever.

Very disappointing! Still the women have not access to the gym when most of Marriott hotels I go in Saudi Arabia allow it already.
The lights in rooms not working properly and even came to fix it still not working properly so started lighting up automatically in the middle of the night.
My colleagues couldn't sleep properly because they had very noise neighbors with children that didn't stop yelling even though was 1 and 2 am, called several time to reception to complain about it.
