Terrible vacancies! We stayed in room number 20 and spent more than 15 minutes trying to get the car out of the parking space and not a single human being appeared to see if it was going to hit something. As we went with a reservation and discount, they sent us to the worst suite (the wall was already stained with paint from other cars).

The service from the attendants is very bad.
A tremendous lack of education
If you stay overnight, you are not entitled to breakfast.
Location is very strange, close to crowds and full of strange people at the door. I do not recommend
Horrible mattress a thin foam inside a concrete wall
Horrible vacancies and the price is the most expensive of all Fantasi

Good evening, I booked a suite with a hydro and when I arrived at the place my expectations were dashed, the cleaning was not the best, the hydro was not completely clean and not to mention the bed was small and the mattress was low and when you go up and down From the bed we hit our leg on the stone on the side of the bed, it was horrible.
And the orders took a long time to be delivered and the menu said that breakfast would be complimentary and they charged 30.00, so that's my dissatisfaction.
The positive point was the service and quality of the food, congratulations.

I expected more because it was the fantasy chain, my first time in a hammock and I didn't like it, I stayed overnight in one of the suites. Super Luxury Suite, where the name says it all, but before I had taken a common one, I think the disappointment would be less, super weak air conditioning, the bed creaking more than mine at home, the erotic chair looking like a rocking chair, the tv they said it was 40` but it seems more than 20`, breakfast, I ordered a basket of cheese bread, it came simply hard, and for sure they just warmed up from another day without conditions, I don't even know if I'll want to go and see the other chains, because it is a Super Luxury Suite.
