Summary: Horrible
I asked for a room with a hydro, a terrible room with an unbearable sewage smell, very close to the reception and I heard everything, they certainly heard us too...
1 gate only for entry and exit, there was a queue and they didn't organize it, confusion and a lot of delay because the reception cannot organize entry and exit, privacy 0, very bad

I was on my travel route on 09/27 and it was the worst experience we could have had, the room just smelled of cigarettes, the acoustics of the room were terrible and there were people on the other side who looked like they were being tortured, the pillows looked like they were made of It was so hard, we spent a terrible night but that's what we found, thank you and see you never again at this motel

Biggest regret in life, we asked for a room with a whirlpool. We were told that the hydro does not work, super cold water, both in the hydro and in the shower. We had to pay the hourly rate, even asking for a room with a hydromassage and not even having used it.

This motel is very messed up when you arrive you are even scared, in need of urgent renovation, I had a horrible experience with the location, stard room very old bed and bad mattress and horrible smell, strange place, ask to change to luxury, improved very little, air conditioning failing, there is no way to control the temperature, morpho smell in the room, practical price very expensive overnight stay, the way the motel is played, I know other motels much better with cheaper prices, I will never come back, I do not recommend anyone else

Bad service. Upon arrival we were barred and spent a long time waiting for service fully exposed. We stayed in suite 23 and the air did not work. When it was time to leave again, more embarrassment. The attendants do not have even a shred of preparation and discretion. Very embarrassing.
We've been to other motels in the chain and we've never had this kind of problem, but I won't be back at Pampulha. I do not recommend. Terrible
