Been here for more than a month..
my overall experience is not impressive.. just okay, the location is good, its close to the airport and main highway. However some staff members are not well trained, the fresh towels are sometimes not clean! room is not well maintained, if I leave the room after 1pm sometimes they don't clean the room..
I use to stay in the old branch in Olaya in 2013 and 2014 ,, my experience back then was much better.

I stsayed there for more than 3 months. The gym is amazing! the staff are very professional. The main problem is there is 0 sound proofing. You can literally hear your neighbours talking on the phone, set aside when a couple have intercourse waking you up at 4am in the morning. Another negative issue is maintetnance, the room I am in is a non smoking room with cigarette holes all over the furniture.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel in Riyadh . Was welcomed well and the room was spacious and cozy . I enjoyed the tv channels and the view from my room. The breakfast was delicious . Very centrally location made it easier to commute to different parts of Riyadh

A comfortable business class hotel good Elevators, check in and check put is swift and efficient. The bedrooms are large and A/C is excellent. There is a shortage of English speaking channels on the television and the bathroom shower temperature is difficult to regulate. The walls are not as soundproof as they could be. But all of this is compensated by an excellent gymnasium, a terrific buffet breakfast and wonderful beds in each room. This hotel is ideally located located close to KAFD. It is a good hotel for business travellers.
