Hotel is very old and requires rehabilitation, staff services is bad and very difficult to have a response by phone,
Beds are old and mattress are not comfortable,
Hotel location is good for family entertainment as it has direct access to redsea mall

The hotel furniture is almost outdated. The staff told me the hotel will be rehabilitated during the next 8 months. The location is the best as it is connected to red sea mall where vox cinema is available as well. The pool is very very clean and full of joy. The breakfast is continental. I highly recommend it.

Good room as usual, but the front desk were not too communicative. I requested two connecting rooms or at least next to each other on the same floor (I’m traveling with family). He said he will, but actually he gave us rooms at the opposite side of each other (furthest possible rooms in the same floor?). It was late and too tired to complain, we took the rooms. But it would’ve been nice if he told us the reality or provide better arrangements.

One of best hotel I reserved. Staff were friendly and professional and the room is quite with blackout curtains with a good space. The breakfast was average nothing special but in general is good. Facilities are in excellent condition. Parking area is also available for residents and spacious. Highly recommended
