Horrible horrible horrible I stayed in a suite and junior suite 3 different times, every time I came after first experience I was trying to give them another chance to improve, specially after the extensive feedback we gave for them to improve. 1. The rooms are never clean up to standard! Never! You will always find hair on the floor that’s not yours, or stains or even leftovers in the fridge from the guest before you. 2. The service is waaaay too slow, it took them almost 2 hours to get me an extension which I asked for because there are absolutely 0 electricity sockets next to any mirror in the room!! 3. You check in and the room is not prepared (soap and shampoo refill, enough tissues or even trash baskets). 4. Be careful not to use the kettle! It had rust!! In all 3 times of stay in 3 different rooms!!! 5. During all of my stays, I ordered eggs in the morning everyday, of course it comes late and missing additional orders, but they suddenly charged me 25 for BREAD! saying they never serve complementary bread!! Although I never paid for it before!! And again they say, yesterday it was complementary because it was late! Although I paid the moment they brought the food not knowing the bread was missing!! 6. The best out of all is, we asked for soap refill, the cleaner came to refill and confirmed that he did then he left and the soap is still empty! Leaving stains from his shoes all over the room! Then came back the next day when we ordered, he wanted to come in to put the new ones, I told him I will take it no need to come in, he started pushing the door and putting his feet to not let me close the door!! Knowing it was only me and my daughter in the room!!!!!! Wow wow wow They exceed expectations of how bad a hotel, facility and a management could be!!! It’s so sad, such a good location and view goes to waste due to horrible management and operations!! I’ve stayed in 2 stars hotel that were waaaaaaaaay better than this!! Hello, I want to share my experience about Joudyan hotel. Unfortunately, the service destroyed this very perfect hotel. there’s an employee her name called Wuood ( وعود ) she basically told me that there’s no rooms available so you can’t make a reservation with a very bad attitude she got on . And I found that very weird because Booking website showed me that There’s availability in the hotel, After she told me that I made a reservation via booking at the same moment and I paid On the other employee and she was whispering to him that she told me there’s is no rooms available. The hotel is really good, but honestly she is not professional and the situation ruined my night there. Please hire more professional employees because this is not acceptable at all.

The worst hotel service I’ve ever stayed in, It’s impossible to get anyone from the reception to answer your call unless you call to assist you with the bare minimum services you shall the hotel number by your phone they will answer for sure but keep in mind that they have issues with their number so it will hang on you every two minutes so you have to call them again for every two sentences. For reference I’ve stayed for two days in two different suites, the first suite was the worst due to the AC being a freezer literally I slept with one night as if I was in a freezer and the second room the electricity was off and all my medication and food I’ve kept in the fridge have been ruined. Beautiful rooms with modern decor and some of the cleaners are nice and friendly (not all of them trust me) but with the worst reception staff ever for me their existence is invisible. I Definitely not recommend staying in this hotel and for sure I will not stay here in my next visit.

Room service and house keeping was awful, only one towel was given in a three person suite and when more were requested, it took hours to get them. There was no bathroom mat provided either, the bed had not been properly made, the location is great if you want the constant noise of the city and honking of cars, the view itself however was nice. I will say some of the staff were very welcoming which made the stay somewhat bearable but if you want a hotel that lives up to the usual standards of a five star hotel, look elsewhere. I would not recommend this at all.

the rooms were very dirty, I had to change the first room because of that, then I was given a "better" room which was also dirty. sheets had lipstick and makeup on them, floors were full of stains, every corner in the room had dust all over!! A bug was stuck on the thermostat!!! I dont know how this hotel is rated as a 5 star hotel!
