I stayed here for a business trip and attending Leap 2023 considering the proximity to the location. I must stay their excellent hospitality and good 3 star rating property with all required amenities near by. Location is calm and away from crowd.
Staff are very helpful and polite even after stay , I called them for documentation purpose and got required details with in 10 mins.
Highly recommended properly in Riyadh comparing other known brands and their quality in the city.

Nice, good and clean hotel in a silent neighborhood with kind and helpfull staff. The rooms are spacious and even have a small kitchen. However I had some minor issues with hot water during a shower.
