Dream moment for hotel apartments

Very near to Dubai Mall,Burj Actually walkable distance only 600 meters . Apartments are very neat and comfortable only issue we have faced is guest toilet not working due to that our water supply was cut down for an hour

The apartment we got had 1 ensuite bathroom, 1 bathroom and one toilet room. The three of them had problems. One with a leaking roof of drain water. One with a blocked wash basin and one with a broken toilet seat. We complained to the management and requested to be transferred to a different unit, instead they sent plumbers to fix the problems, keeping us waiting in the room for hours. Again we pointed out that we were only staying for two nights and have no time to waste waiting and that we needed our privacy and need to be transferred. Although they promised to look into the matter yet they failed to relocate us. Additionally there were ants the the rooms. It was a very bad and distressing experience for us at this hotel. On checking out we had to wait for an hour to get our deposit back. Horrible communication. No apologies received from the management for this bad experience.

First class hospitality. Manager is very friendly,real gentleman namely Mr. Dipankar Khashnobish. Staff also very good ,very helpful namely front desk Ms.Chiara D'mello . We felt like home ? Thank you Club Mahindra

I came for check-in and nobody was there. When I call an owner, he told me that hotel is closed until 1. October. I told him that I already paid via credit card and he told me to ask for refund on Agoda

The staff is very kind and helpful. All the facilities are provided. There is no restaurant but food can be easily ordered in the room. Staff helps you with that also. It's not a resort but serves the purpose of your visit since Dubai is not about sitting at one place?
