Bad service (strange in a country like Saudi Arabia) and very poor organisation. Here my story: I landed at RUH at 1am ca., I took a taxi and I got to the hotel at 2 am. Here comes the fun part. Another client and I - after 1 hour of trying to understand what was happening - were kicked out of the hotel because they OVERBOOKED it. Faaantastic. We were forced to move to another hotel. Here - after another good half hour of waiting - we found our bedrooms. I finally was able to go to bed at 4am with an alarm set at 6:30am and meetings for the whole following day (consider also the fact that you have to check-out and lose other precious, precious minutes). Here a bonus: Doubletree staff offered itself to go and pick up my luggage from the other hotel. I said: “Perfect! That’d great”. Of course, when I arrived back at Doubletree at midnight, after a very long day, my bags were not there. I had to go and pick them myself if I wanted to go to sleep at a decent hour. At the check-out, they asked me nonchalantly if everything was fine and they didn’t even try to settle this very awkward situation they created themselves. To add insult to injury, this other hotel I was sent to is cheaper. So I lost the difference of the money I paid for the first night on top of the many hours of sleep. Because, yes, i prepaid. After my many complaints at the check-out, they promised they would have contacted me in the following days to find a kind of settlement. Still nothing here… This overall signifies an awful value for money: I paid more than €1.400 BEFORE HAND for 3 nights (and this happened). Is this a 5* hotel? I am not sure at all. What a wretched dent to Hilton’s legacy. Moral of the story: never do advance payments! ?

It is a nice hotel with a decent gym, a huge indoor pool, and a nice restaurant. Rooms are slightly tight, would be better if they had more space. Service is good. Staff are friendly and helpful. Location is good in terms of being close to key attractions of Riyadh. However, it would be better if it wasn't at the side of a huge highway. They don't have any outdoor pool and spa. They have a football field for kids, but it was loaded with puff seats for some reason. Seems like it was left from some event held in there. Our kids could not play there. The restaurant had a good breakfast. However, my children rightly noticed that they had a much better breakfast in Jabal Omar Marriott Hotel in Makkah. On Thursdays and Fridays, they have special dinners. Thursdays are barbeque, and Fridays are seafood days. Overall, it was solid 8/10. I would recommend this hotel.

Nice hotel but didn’t like the smoking rooms, close to the financial district, with the best food that have great variety available till midnight. Cleanliness is very good with daily service and professional staff. Outdoor seating area for the restaurant is perfect and parking is available in the basement

The iftar at Hilton DoubleTree Financial District was exceptional , so many food varieties and lovely vibes. We enjoyed the outdoor area and food stations. The serving staff were outstanding. Thanks for all the team especially Mr Adel, Asst. Outlet Manager for his great hospitality. We really enjoyed the food as well as the ambiance.. We look forward to visit again in shaa Allah..

I booked for Iftar Ramadan, and it was not organized at all. The tables are so close, and you can barely move between them Also, when we went to the buffet to bring our food, we found other people sitting in our place, and there was no one from the organizers to escalate to him, and it was so imprisoned Another time we went for prayer and came back, we found other people, and we could not do anything except invite them to sit with us. It seemed they were accepting more numbers than they could accommodate. The food was good but not wide varieties
