the room lighting was horrible, bathroom had bad smell and I experienced water supply shortage. Car parking entrance needs reinnovative to avoid/minimize car scratching. No kids club although they confirmed via phone call they have one!

Amazing hotels with great locations and amazing staff specially Mr. Amro Moftah one of greatest staff with big smile and we received fruits and sweet plate
The suite was nice and big at the ground floor
Staff at breakfast area was so nice and food was big and amazing selections
We did not face any problems at the hotel

Generally speaking, the hotel is nice. People working in this hotel is the biggest asset they have. Service is amazing, front desk, room service etc. In the restaurant, you will find the best professionals, very neat people, very helpful, always looking forward to make your stay very pleasant. And always they have a smile for you. And if you are a few days, they always remember your preferences, your choices. In the human side I would give them 100% score.

seriously, everything in this hotel pushed me to post this. I would have given it 0 starts if that was an option. I had to change multiple rooms due to bad smell ( fresh painting and smoking), cleanliness, unfortunately non of the rooms ticked those simple standard boxes. The reception guys is horrible i have asked multiple times to talk to a manager not a single response! This hotel is negatively affecting the brand name .

this is my first time ever to write a review about anything! but seriously everything in this hotel pushed me to post this. I would have given it 0 starts if that was an option. I had to change multiple rooms due to funny smell, cleanliness, no drainage, ac problems, safe box. unfortunately non of the rooms ticked those simple standard boxes. serious hygiene problems in the kittle in the rooms. safe box issues that was solved in my tenth night! poor follow-up and poor customer service. i have asked multiple times to talk to a manager not a single response! This hotel is negatively affecting the brand name .
