A Not bad Hotel, staff are friendly, their concept of mini market is okay but their overpriced product ruin the idea. Lacks dinning or place to get your breakfast from. The mini bar in the room doesn’t have instant coffee which was a disappointing. There is no “view” from the window as the room we too is in the room surrounded with the roof walls. I wish they notified us or give different room. Th windows are large and it’s good for me. The shower area leaks water on the bathroom floor. I hope they fix this.

The worst hotel you will experience in Town. Maintenance workers will spoil your night and wake you up very early in the morning, you not be able to get enough sleep and you will start your day with anxious and exhausted feelings. If you want to spoil your night with waisting your money as well spoiling your trip, then this is the hotel for that. Never and ever recommend it to anyone.. the worst experience in my life.

Cigarette smell everywhere, or unhealthy incense which may definitely defeat your soul forever.
Definitely unhealthy place to whom have any pectoral sensitivity.
They there think that nice or good smell of the incense is a favor, they cannot realise how much it is unhealthy and harmful to an extreme

Really enjoyed my stay the staff were great
Unfortunately the water stopped working wasn’t anyone’s fault but they compensated me with a free day thank you to the manager I believe his name is Salem it’s a very quiet hotel for families it’s really respectable

A hidden gem in Riyadh.
I love every single detail about this hotel. So much practical and affordable.
Check in and out was the easiest thing ever. Room was super clean and spacious and amenities in the room exceeded those 5 stars hotels
