Resort was built very well but services were not up to the mark.
1. Iron and Hair dryer were missing in the room. But were provided after request
2. Room Service and Reception were not quick to respond
3. After paying 900 SAR per night , still had to pay for towel in pool area, similarly no free access for family pool and game area. You would expect these services to be included.
4. Furniture was ordinary as well
This place has good potential but services need to be improved a lot.

I came to enjoy the ladies beach and pool. The staff were nice and the food was good. The problem is that there are no clean changing rooms and only 4 showers for the whole ladies area. It seems that there are no cleaners available. Also there are no life guards. It says no smoking but many ladies were smoking on the beach and vaping near the pool. Because of the lack of staff, there’s nobody there to say something

Good resort but needs to provide clean beach for swimming and relaxation as the current beach ground is mud! and close to sport activities.
Some accommodations need rejuvenation and maintenance.

The resort is amazing and I was going to rate as 5 stars but I’ve two comments :
1- They didn’t allow men to swim in the beach yesterday due to safety ( as per the guy there) however they allowed women and some resident in Villas !!!
2- in the open buffet restaurant the food was really very good with high quality and as a food criticiser I can say that the food is 5/5 but the supervisor there in Alsayad (Asian nationality) was rude.
I hope next time I visit this place to take care of these small points which could be easily.
- one very +ve point is the guys serving the pool, all were outstanding the front desk and the pool saver were amazing guys
