Great Hotel, the location is great, and the environment is so welcoming. The room was very pleasant. It was nice and cleaned. The hotel team has been friendly and helpful and highly appreciated Hotel.

Staying at the Crowne Plaza al Khobar Hotel was an exceptional experience for me. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a warm welcome. I could also saw the perfection of every staff in their work, what more is that they also showed genuine care for the guests. I am truly thankful and appreciate the exceptional service provided by them, I also aknowledge the good service of Mr. Felipe, he make our stay in there more comfortable. All in all the hotel and the staffs are equally outstanding. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking an unforgettable stay experience.

Went for a work trip at Dammam and stayed at this hotel for 2 weeks.
The stay was excellent. The room is spacious, clean and comfortable. The reception staff are very nice and helpful with directions and advice on where to go for nice food nearby.
Extremely grateful for staff Mahbub Alam who make up the room very nicely despite the mess I created and his happy and pleasant attitude while carrying out his work. Room service is 24/7 and limited to Indian, western and marakesh cuisine but taste is good.
Will recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dammam.

Visiting KSA for the first time for work and this hotel was suggest by a coworker. Staff was friendly, attentive, welcoming. Diverse and delicious breakfast and dinner options provided in-house. Ibrahim the night manager was particularly helpful for me when I first arrived. Would definitely stay again.

Great hotel in a central, safe location. Room was clean and spacious, staff were friendly and helpful. Two small suggestions. USB charging ports in rooms for international travelers would be helpful, and a simple coat of paint on the trellis in the pool area would brighten it up and give the pool a more polished feel. It currently feels a little neglected, but is such a great asset to the property and is such a simple fix. Overall a great stay, and well maintained hotel.
