Staff is really nice, attentive and respectful. Rooms are standard for the Hotel type. Breakfasts are really good and have a whole lot of variety. Dinning is good. Overall a 3.5 to 4 star hotel.

We went to celebrate birthday of our youngest daughter and to try out their oriental buffet. It would be very wrong if I only speck about the food as what really touched me was how humble, down to earth and friendly the whole staff was. From guy at the reception to the Chef and servers. The restaurant manager was so nice and cooperative, they really made our day more special. I recommend everyone to visit and experience what we did. 100% customer satisfaction with great ambience and delicious food.

I am very pleased with the recent gathering with my friends at Crowne Plaza hotel. The food was great and the service was wonderful.
If I get a chance, I would like to thank the cook and his team personally for their fantastic job. I also would like to thank hotel's management for selecting a professional to be part of their team.
