For business trip, it's a good hotel with good accessibility around. At walkable distance one can find necessary eateries. Malls are easily accessible by cars within 20-30 mins time. Traffic around place is usual as in any business centre. Staffs are quite friendly and food is also decent quality as per usual standard of Marriott

Could not advice on the rooms as I was there for training. The meeting room is nice and clean but close door no window. The accessories for the meeting is old ... projector not screen . Coffee machine is old but will do the job . The service is fast and food was ok .the location is bad for me I live in the north and the hotel almost near the center of the city

Staff are very friendly and professional, especially the reception team, well trained and raise the hat for them.
Bath room cleaning NOT what you'd expect from Marriott.
Car parking exit is unsafe and not comfortable.

Have tried all Riyadh courtyard hotels, this is the best :)
Good things:
- Very clean (as if it opened the same day)
- Calm despite being on a major road
- Circle lounge is a good idea
- Prime location
Please improve:
- It's VERY sad that smoking is allowed in the only area with direct sunlight at the restaurant/breakfast area
- Although breakfast area was big, dishes were it's hard to navigate around when filling your plate, I suggest rearranging buffet tables
- For pancakes and waffles, I suggest you have them ready and allow custom toppings (the usual approach) instead of a la carte
- Price is high
- When I dialed 0 no one picked the phone
- Check-in area is small
